They’re pre-selected?  That’s the most upsetting thing I’ve heard all day.  As it is, my friends and I always do our best to hail Vabs in the hopes that just might stumble upon the Cash Cab.

Yesterday at 7pm on 20th street between 5th and 6th ave, my brother and I helped contestants in the Cash Cab correctly answer on of their questions. I forget the question exactly, but Daniel correctly answered “Stratosphere.” We’re going to be on TV! Hooray!

Oh my god I’m so jelous! Cash cab is literally my favorite show. I hesitate everytime I get into a cab that is not a minivan cab. RED LIGHT CHALLENGE!

I agree with everything Katie said. I want a ride in the cash cab.

Here’s some inside dirt. My friend worked on the show and said that the contestants are pre-selected and not random pedestrians! Boo.

 Actually — a former co-worker’s husband was on Cash Cab with some of his friends and it was a totally random experience — and they won over $700, too!
